Connection issue with PeeK'in

Error when logging in due to cache:

For your information:

Your browser stores the following in its memory:

  • Various information, such as the location of the website you visited.

  • Files required to run an online application.

  • Files downloaded, such as old versions of forms.

When we update our application, your browser may continue to use old files. If you do not clear the cache, you might see old versions of forms. These old files may cause display issues or access problems when you submit an online request.

Therefore, in some cases, it is necessary to clear this cache. The methods differ depending on the device:


Smartphones (Android)

Depending on the browser you use:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu button in the top-right corner of your browser.

  2. Select "History".

  3. Tap "Clear browsing data".

  4. Choose "Advanced settings", then "All time".

  5. Select everything except "Saved passwords" and "Autofill data", then confirm by pressing "Clear data" at the bottom right of the screen.

Samsung Internet

  1. Open the browser and click “More options” (the three horizontal lines).

  2. Go to “Settings”.

  3. Then go to “Personal data”.

  4. Tap “Delete browsing data”.

  5. Select everything except “Saved passwords” and “Autofill forms”, then confirm by pressing “Clear data” at the bottom right of the screen.

iPhone, iPad (iOS)

Depending on the browser you use:

Safari

  1. From the home screen, go to "Settings".

  2. Tap “Clear History” and then “Clear Cookies and Data”.

  3. Confirm both actions: first “Clear History” and then “Clear Cookies and Data”.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the browser menu.

  2. Scroll down and select “Settings”.

  3. Keep scrolling until you find “Privacy”.

  4. In the menu, select “Clear Cache”.

  5. Confirm the action.

Mac (iOS)

Depending on the browser you use:

Safari

The quickest way to clear your cache is by using this shortcut:

[cmd] + [alt] + [e] (at the same time)

Google Chrome

  1. Press the keys: [shift] + [cmd] + [del] (at the same time)

  2. A new tab will open with a pop-up window. In the top-right dropdown menu, select “All”.

  3. Check the box for “Images and cached files”.

  4. Click the “Clear browsing data” button and reload the website.

PC (Windows)

Depending on the browser you use:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon (three vertical dots) on the right of the address bar.

  2. Click “Settings”.

  3. In the left-hand menu, go to “Privacy and security”.

  4. Click “Clear browsing data”.

  5. In the “Time range” dropdown menu, choose “All time”.

  6. Click the “Clear data” button.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the three horizontal bars in the top-right corner, then select “Options”.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click “Privacy & Security”.

  3. Under “Cookies and Site Data”, click “Clear Data”.

  4. Check at least the box for “Cached web content” to clear Firefox’s cached data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Press the keys [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Del] at the same time.

  2. A new window will open.

  3. In “Time range”, select “All time”.

  4. Check “Cached images and files”.

  5. Confirm by clicking the “Clear now” button.
