First steps in your PeeK'in Help Center

Hello team,

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Help Center, designed to save you time and make it easier to communicate with our support team.

📅 From 22 May, all requests sent via the Messenger bubble or through the Help Centre will be treated as a priority.

❗️Emails and phone calls will no longer be the preferred ways to contact us.

Head over to your PeeK’in app and click on:

👉 The "Help" button (at the bottom of the app’s main menu)

You’ll then access our online Help Center, where you’ll find:

All our articles written just for you

  • A FAQ with answers to the most common questions

  • A "Getting started" section to help you begin with PeeK’in

  • A "Settings" section to configure the app to your needs

  • And of course, the ability to message us directly from the bottom left of the Help Center

👉 You can also contact us directly via the Messenger bubble at the bottom right of your app
