📅 From 22 May, all requests sent via the Messenger bubble or through the Help Centre will be treated as a priority.
❗️Emails and phone calls will no longer be the preferred ways to contact us.
Head over to your PeeK’in app and click on:
👉 The "Help" button (at the bottom of the app’s main menu)
You’ll then access our online Help Center, where you’ll find:
All our articles written just for you
A FAQ with answers to the most common questions
A "Getting started" section to help you begin with PeeK’in
A "Settings" section to configure the app to your needs
And of course, the ability to message us directly from the bottom left of the Help Center
