Your customers' reviews

At the end of the customer journey, we invite your customers to leave a comment:

on the lost property service

and then about their stay in your hotel

Until now, reviews were collected within PeeK'in and were only visible to you.

Since 31/07, this feature encourages your satisfied customers to leave a review on your Google page.

Why? 🧐

👉 to improve your visibility

👉 to contribute to your NPS (Net Promoter Score)

How does it work?

  1. Notify your customer

  2. He clicks on the link and then chooses between order a shipment, pick-up at the hotel, or abandonment it

  3. At the end of the process, we ask him to mark our PeeK'in service from 1 to 5

(e.g. here is the case of pick-up at the hotel)

Your customer is satisfied?

Depending on your customer's level of satisfaction, we adapt the journey:

Your customer gives a score of 4 or 5/5 ⭐️
He seems satisfied with the PeeK'in service 😀

👉 We then redirect them to your Google page to encourage them to leave a review of your establishment.

Our statistics show that, in almost all cases, a positive review of PeeK'in also leads to a positive review of the stay.

Your customer gives a rating between 1 to 3/5 ⭐️
Your customer's opinion seems mixed 😐.


👉 We encourage him to leave a review within the PeeK'in journey. He will not be redirected to your Google page

His review will only be visible in your PeeK'in app.

Where can I see my reviews?

All the reviews left by your customers are available from the ‘Reviews’ tab in your PeeK'in application.

See all reviews

On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find:

  • the customer rating out of 5

  • the number of reviews collected by PeeK'in

You can then filter by:

  • Reviews left on your Google page or within the PeeK'in itinerary

  • Ratings: from 1 to 5 ⭐️

  • Reviews with or without comments 💬

On the right-hand side of your screen, find:

In the 1st block:

  • the number of reviews collected on your Google page

  • the average rating of your customers on your Google page

  • the number of reviews generated by PeeK'in on your Google page

  • the average rating of your reviews generated by PeeK'in on your Google page

Then in the 2nd block, the rating of the PeeK'in service with

  • the number of reviews collected

  • the average rating given by your customers

  • the ability to filter over time to see changes
