What should I do if my customer doesn't dare reply in PeeK'in?

Your customer is contacting you because they are wprried about replying to the notification link they received by e-mail or text message.

  1. Reassure them and let them know that the PeeK'in application is totally secure and very easy to use. Just a few clicks will give you the answer.

  2. If that's not enough, suggest they contact us directly. We can guide them remotely. Some people have difficulty with new technology, and we know how to help them.

  3. If your customer categorically refuses to use PeeK'in, you can answer for them; just be aware that you should get seperate written agreement (by email or text) to record their decision.

  4. Click on "Next" to see how to respond in their place.

Modify the owner details

  1. Go to the Found Object File

  2. Copy your customer's e-mail address and telephone number, then paste them in the "Note" box

  3. Click on "Modify details".

  4. Fill in your email address instead of your customer's, then click on "Save". This will allow you to receive the notification instead of your customer.

To answer in your customer's place

  • Go back to the object file, then click on "Notify again".

  • Open your e-mail inbox and click on the link you received in the notification.

  • You can now make the choice for your customer according to their instructions.

Don't forget to provide the owner's contact details (email and telephone) when you place the shipping order, so that we can pass them on to the courier if necessary (at the time of delivery, for example).
