What is the status of my customer's parcel?

You have sent the parcel to its owner and now want to track its delivery.

  1. Go to the item concerned from "Lost & Found".

  2. At the top of the file, click on "Track your parcel".

You will then be redirected to the courier's tracking page.

NB: After sending the parcel, don't forget to click on "Confirm pick-up or drop-off" at the top of the item's file, so that you can then access the parcel tracking page."
